Over 80 people - parents and swimmers attended the lunch on the 20th February at Wymondham Leisure Centre. Head Coach John Digby introduced the session followed by Sara Greenwood who
presented an interactive session on "what to bring to the competition". Stuart Moore (a personal trainer at Wymondham Leisure Centre) then gave a talk on food and nutrition for swimmers. The event ended with a healthy lunch of filled jacket potatoes and home made flapjacks.
